Favorite photos of 2011

Originally I thought I'd do some kind of 2011 wrap up post, detailing what we did and what we learned.

BUT

I already wrote 5 days a week, every week, about our life. Blah blah blah. Instead I want to take a look back at my favorite personal photos that I took in 2011. I can't wait to see where my photography goes in 2012!

JANUARY:

FEBRUARY:

APRIL:

This lot is still empty and I'm hoping we can go back this May.








JUNE:
Sentimental favorite. I can't wait to see the comparison on their high school graduation and college graduation days.






JULY:
I don't know why I love this photo, perhaps the joy?

AUGUST:
Another punch in the gut. First day of kindergarten.

SEPTEMBER:
More and more beach photos.
















Poor kid, scared of bees.




OCTOBER:
First trip to the mountains.












NOVEMBER:
Even wearing masks, they were not cooperative with photos.




Those eyelashes. Sigh.
