My rants and raves about motherhood, my seven year old fraternal twin boys Nate and Alex, my fantastic husband Jon, and some pictures to go with it all.
Spectacular! Nice to see that, despite all the dire warnings and hand-wringing about "kids these days" and their inability to play anything other than video games, clearly old-fashioned imagination and creativity are never going away. Hooray for giant boxes!
That is awesome! Can't wait to see the new desk :)
How perfect that it came in two big boxes!
Big boxes are one of the most awesome things in the entire world. Followed, of course, by adorable little boys playing with them.
Boxes = best toys ever!! Lucky for you it came with 2 :-)
nice! love the drawings!
Love it. I am not sure why we buy toys. I stacked paper cups yesterday and had the boys throw a ball at them. They built their own structures and knocked them down for about an hour. You can't beat that. BTW I just picked up the "4 year old" books that you recommended long ago and it really is shedding some light on 4 1/2. Thanks again these books have been great!
That is so much fun! And yes, show us the new desk, please!
How fun! I want one!
this makes me want to buy something that comes in a big box - what fun!
Ah, the cardboard box! Even a shoe box will get Lana to drop whatever it is she is doing and go CREATE something with the shoebox. Sometimes its artistic, sometimes its totally an engineering project.
