That was sneaky, huh?

Did you notice I was gone? I went to Phoenix for a long weekend to see my sister and her family. My mom and her husband also came out. Every time I visit my sister, I think she needs to move closer because 1 - RDU to PHX is a long flight and 2 - sisters need in person time as well as phone/email/facebook.

Mom sis and me

(I'm the only person in the above picture with their natural hair color! HA HA!)

It's pretty easy to take pictures of super photogenic families! Thank you Jamie for a great trip and I hope to see you again SOON.

A Family

I got home late Saturday night then was woken up way too early on Sunday morning by two boys who were super excited about the Easter Bunny. We had a fantastic, sunny day filled with candy and laughing. I failed to take any pictures so instead enjoy this representation of our Easter:

Welcome home!

I love pictures of siblings with one of their parents. You two don't really look that much alike, but you both look like your mother. So cool.

Did you let the boys have chocolate for breakfast?

I would have to disagree with Joanna (respectfully of course) because I do see where you and your sister do look alike.

I think it's so cute that your sister and niece are the same height. Very nice family picture.

And um, very nice picture of the boys on Easter. Not as cute as if you had taken actual pictures but I completely understand putting the camera down and just living in the moment.

welcome back.

We had the same kind of Easter. Early, early morning. Lots of fun. Oh, we didn't take a photo of the girls' in their Easter dress moments when we made it home at the end of a long day. It won't be the best photo of them, but at least we documented their pretty dresess.

Welcome home Laura! Hope you have/are having a calm and restful week. (As soon as I wrote that, I laughed out loud. Calm and restful? With twin 4.95-year-old boys? HA!)Anyway, glad you're back.
