MLK Day

I'm off work with the kids and working hard on my resolution to be less connected to the outside world.

I'm also thinking about this 365 project. The kids and I are getting burned out taking a photo each day. I've also found I have multiple photos I love in a day, so picking one has been hard. More thinking...

Back to my sweeties.

I started project 365 on December 4th, but I'm doing strictly the iPhone / hipstamatic edition. I usually take at least one picture a day anyway, so it really took the pressure off to remember. I got the proj 365 app and it's super easy to use. I decided to not focus on the perfect picture, but capturing a moment in the day. I think I love it because it's a very low pressure activity. Plus if I forget to upload to the app, I can just look at the pics from the day I missed and put one in. I can't imagine it would take me long to burn out if it felt like actual work. I like to think I'm not lazy, just efficient. ;)

Hey Laura! I sent you an email to your account (Yahoo?) I want to just make sure you got it! It's about the Move It 2011 challenge - Thanks for all you do!

Great photos!

Take care,
Katrina

Laura-my rule for my 365 is that there are no rules. I will post a picture each day of the year (or sort of...again, no rules) but it doesn't have to be taken that day. My only rule is that I have to post a self-portrait each weekend. I happened to take 3 decent pictures of myself New Years weekend...you better bet that those will be my first 3 weekend self-portraits :)
