A mommy milestone
Today is Nate and Alex's first field trip (parental attendance required).
It is also one of the first days I have showered before taking the kids to school.
Aww, have fun. These kid of ours are growing up WAY too fast. BTW I am so glad to hear that you are not one of those "dressed to shoes" (you know shower full make up waiting for the kids to wake at 6 am) kinda moms. I am happy to be in good company. :)
J had his first field trip and his first real school pictures last week. It was so weird filling out that little picture envelope which hasn't changed since we were kids, cool but bittersweet isn't it?

And all of the people said ... AMEN. Yesterday, I had five conference calls and took them all in my PJs.
It is so rare to shower BEFORE daycare drop off that when I actually do it I have to stop myself from showering later!
