Olympic feats

I am not the type of person who likes to sit around. People who know me get confused by this because I love my tv shows, but that's not sitting around to me - that's being entertained. Being on the eastern time zone during all this Olympic madness has been hard because we've had to stay up pretty late and I'm not interested in every single sport.

I'm not crafty but I am certainly organized. Here's what I've done during the Olympics this year (besides see every Phelps gold medal race live):

That would be:

* A photo album for each boy of their first year, containing just pictures of them

* A photo album for each boy of their first year, containing pictures of them together

* My third blog book, The Second Year With Twins

* THE BABY BOOK!! (!!!) !!!! FOR REAL. With their stats and birth announcement and wristbands and pictures with Santa and NICU reports and ultrasound pictures and pregnancy pictures and everything. IT IS DONE.

These little boys inspire me to accomplish gold medal-level feats.

Show-off! LOL. LauraC--inspiring mothers everywhere. Can I borrow you for a week so you can get my butt in gear? You can bring the boys! But maybe you better bring Jon, too, in that case. Congrats on your Olympic achievement!

Oh Laura, only you can achieve such motivated greatness. I am just pleased when the dishes are done and I can zone for 35 minutes in front of all of those buff bodies. Go you! This is serious inspiration!! And congrats on getting the baby book done- I know you have been wanting to do that for some time. awesome

Michael Phelps has nothing on you. I'm really impressed. Now that they are done, do you want to do mine?

Maybe I'll start training for these Olympic feats soon...London 2012 here I come!

Nate and Alex are super lucky!

Oh, those are really cute. How organized! I have tons of pictures of my son, but they're all in a box where they'll most likely stay until I want to look at them again. Do you make these sort of things to sell, too?

As for Phelps... He is amazing! He even looks like a fish, or a merman. Ha!

You take the gold girl! I would like to say I could be in the top ten in getting stuff done, but ben's baby book is still on the shelf.

I am so impressed and am requesting a post with lots of specifics about what is in these books. For instance, did you write in them and get all "scrapbooky" on us or what?? Thanks! I am truly inspired.

OMG! I barely find the time to unload pictures off my camera, let alone print and do all that, and in 2 weeks time?! Although I am just entering my 2nd year with twins. You ARE inspiring.
