Now that I’m getting close to the third trimester, Jon and I have started to imagine what our babies are going to look and act like. Jon’s asked me if I have any gut instincts and we always refer to the magic 8-ball. In the first trimester, I told Jon it felt like asking the magic 8-ball a question. I would focus very hard and then the correct answer would come to me.
Whenever I would focus inward and think about the baby’s gender, the answer “male” would come into my head. When I would try to imagine it was a girl, that answer would feel wrong. In some cases, the magic 8-ball says, “Ask again later.” Here’s what the magic 8-ball is saying right now:
* I don’t think the twins are identical. That is a very strong feeling.
* I have a strong feeling that Skeletor has brown hair. No answer from the 8-ball about Alien’s hair.
* I have a strong feeling Alien has blue eyes. No answer from the 8-ball about Skeletor’s eyes.
